100% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 60 days before arrival or earlier. 50% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 30 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if cancelled after.
Do you host farm tours?

Do you clean the farmhouses daily?
The farmhouse is cleaned and ready prior to your arrival. We do not provide daily cleaning services. Please contact us if you need any extras.
What time is check-in?
Check-in is at 4 pm.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is at 10 am.
Is alcohol allowed on the premises?
Yes, we do allow alcohol. We just ask that you are respectful of your neighbors, host, and goats. Quiet hours are after 10 PM.
Can we pet and feed the animals?
If you join a farm tour with one of our staff members you will be able to pet and feed the animals and maybe much more. Because the cabins are part of a working farm, we ask that you do not explore on your own. Please let us know if you are interested in a farm tour (click here). We will supply any treats to feed the goats that are safe and delicious for them.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, for the safety of the animals on the farm, we do not allow pets.
Is smoking allowed?
The cabins are strictly non-smoking.
Is Pleasant Valley Farm in Custer?
Pleasant Valley Farm is conveniently located 7 miles outside of Custer town center. Enjoy the quiet of the country only minutes away from shopping, restaurants, and nightlife.
What else is there to do nearby?
The beautiful Black Hills have endless opportunities for hiking, hunting, boating, fishing, and swimming. Pleasant Valley Farm also has it's own access to 100s of miles of public trails. Look for trail maps and other activities and dining suggestions in the visitor guide we've put together for you.
